hello from Blacksburg

Hey everybody,

I've been a gun owner/hunter for the past 20 years from PA and am now in VA for college. I'm looking to get my 1st pistol and a CCW permit next month after I turn 21.

This week I'm gonna hit up some local gun shops and try out some pistols.

Currently looking at either:
XD40 subcompact
Glock 27
Glock 30
Taurus Millennium Pro .45

Hoping to soak a ton of info and get more familiar with Virginia's firearms policies.
