I found this little jewel by accident,,Just put in your zip plus 4 in the space provided and it will not only tell you your reps but how they voted on recent legislation,, I found out that NYE voted NO on cap and trade,, and Warner voted NO on finishing 700 miles of fence on the southwest border while Web voted YES to build it. http://www.congress.org/congressorg/officials/congress/?district=02&lvl=C&azip=23462&state=VA

Might be something Rick would consider putting in the Political Actions links. Not only do you get recent votes but contact info for state and federal elected officials. As an added bonus there is a soapbox where you can say what you think about each official (within certain limits).
