They called Thursday (very quick turn around) and I picked it up yesterday.
I had them drill/pin the front sight base to the barrel and shorten/recrown/rethread/install/pin/weld the long flash hider on the barrel so as to keep the barrel length legal. It appears to be an XM177 style AR15, till you stick the 32 round 9MM magazine in the mag well.
Shot it yesterday at Black Creek on the way home and I'm happy with it shooting 115 grain bullets (factory and reloads). Now I need to work up some heavier bullet reloads for it and see how they shoot.
If I need anymore gunsmithing on these type rifles I'll be giving them another call.
