Guns & Ammo Warehouse, Manassas VA

If you got a good deal or great service from a shop or range and you want to brag about them, here's the place to do it. Likewise, if you are unhappy about someone's service or feel like you've been ripped off, we want to know that too!

DK, I have MORE calluses this weekend from putting up a closet organizer than from the range - life ain't fair!!!!

... but I was able to put about 500/rds down-range at BRA during the earlyAM "members-only" hours. :pistol:

That organizer wouldnt be for an IM collection of shoes would it?

IM = Imelda Marcos :hysterical:

Naaaaaw, wifey is still a "pup" on that category - only about 20/30 pairs of shoes - she's gots a ways to go, not that I am ENCOURAGING her.... Besides the lower number of shoes in the closet means LESS "ammo" she has to throw at me when I make comments like...

"when you turn 40, Imma trade-you in for two 20's..."

Wait till 44 and get a couple Ruger 10/22s......fair market value trade-ins

Hey, comments like that could get you beat up with a shoe. That only takes one... :roll:
No more catchy slogans for me...I am simply fed up...4...four...4...2+2...

Just had a gun transfered here. Fast/friendly service. Their selections on guns were limited but they had plenty of other accessories to keep me busy during background check. All and all a good experience.

I had my first G&A Warehouse experience yesterday and it was a good one. I went in to pick up two rifles I had ordered online and I selected G&A for the transfers since they seem to have the lowest transfer pricing in the area at the moment.
I did a quick browse of their firearms for sale while the paperwork was processing and it seems as though they have a pretty nice selection. The younger guy that I was dealing with was friendly and the transfer process went pretty quickly.
Two side notes. There seems to be a poodle on duty to protect the back room, and he growled at me when I got a little too close to the entrance. I couldn't help but chuckle a little since my last dog was a 130 lb lab\shepherd mix and that poodle was failing to intimidate :)
Secondly, there is a sign on the door stating "Do not unholster your firearm in the store". It scares me that this sign is necessary. It makes me wonder just how many people have walked in to the shop and pulled their concealed pistol out without talking to a clerk first. :hysterical: It's amusing to me but I'm sure it isn't very amusing to the staff.

Thats better than having the store ban CC/OC which I have seen in some shops. But I generally don't go back to them. :clap:

I've stopped in a few times. Not friendly. Better off going to Virginia Arms Co, which is a mile up the road.

Another Time we stood infront of the case waiting for anyone to just reach over and hand us a mag holder. No dice. If I go there, its to pop in and grab a box or two of ammo. Anything I can pull off the shelf and I know they have in stock. They are open sundays so thats a plus. Everyone else loves them so maybe its just me?

I usually have the opposite experience. They want me out the door now! :confused: All but one time did I go in there when they ask what I'm looking for, hand me what I'm looking for, then push me to the register. I bathe regularly, if I take a look around I might actually buy more stuff! Feh.
