Looks like we have a date for the VGOF OC Picnic. It will be 26 September 2009 somewhere in Fredericksburg/Stafford County (exact location TBD). I would like to get a head count for those who plan to attend. We will have hamburgers and hotdogs and ask that everyone bring a side dish of some sort. Please post in this thread if you plan to attend along with how many you plan to bring with you. I will probably have some goodies to give away as well. Please see the following post for discussion of details. We need your input. Let us know what would make it a good time for you! meet-and-greet/picnic-discussion-t1627-13515.html

I'm in. I can bring pre-packaged/deli counter stuff, plus chips and soda.
I am not a pacifist. Pacifism is a shifty doctrine under which a man accepts the benefits of the social group without being willing to pay - and claims a halo for his dishonesty. Life belongs to those who do not fear to lose it - Robert Heinlein

I see 14 at this point, not including Rick's count, with the possibility of more after some verify their headcounts.

Double Dag Nabbit! 3rd weekend in Sept is always the Bluemont Fair... As we live right on the turnpike, in the village, downtown Bluemont (( i know ...those words do not belong together...)) Its almost bigger than the Winter holidays in our house... and the kids just revel in the 2 day festi-VAL!! but it will preclude me from being able to attend that weekend...i will get on board the next time around...enjoy all...please take pictures. PS: and i have a lucky streak with door prizes too...
Be particular, and be vigilant, as the enemy will only attack on two occasions: When you're ready or when you're not ready.
Also never forget, that everyone who shows up, is not necessarily there to help. _________________________________________________
