Re: Well, this is interesting...

I'm surprised they don't have an problem with illegal manufacturing. It's a lot easier to make a firearm than to smuggle one into the country.

Re: Northern VA Opticians that are shooters?

I haven't found an optometrist that shoots, ever. Every time I get a new set of glasses, the new lightweight materials constantly improve my vision, all the way til I get behind the scope. I'm pretty tired of it. My current lenses are out of date, but my prescription doesn't change that much and is ...

Diplomatic Fire ball!

Look at the fire ball coming out the front of my Noveske Diplomat! My buddy Mike was shooting it and I had no idea how it looked before this!

Re: Practical Long Range Shooting Accessories?

and i mean this in the friendliest way possible... prove it to yourself. go bring up 2 windows in JBM ballistics, and feed reasonable data into the calculator. What if I think it's 50 degrees and it really is 60. Does that move my solution 1" 1' 1 yard? We're not in the rockies, so a few 2-4 t...

Re: Mattis leaving in Feb

Yep. The equipment was ours. The DOD left it behind due to expenses being too high to bring it back. It was all supposed to be destroyed.

Re: Practical Long Range Shooting Accessories?

I'll do some checking Mark but don't have any advice off the top of my head. Where are you shooting regularly where your out past a few hundred yards? I think until your 600 plus a lot of those devices may not be necessary. Keep in mind I'm not an expert. :) [ Post made via Mobile Device ] http://v...

Re: Mattis leaving in Feb

Pulling troops out if the middle east created ISIS. Pulling out of Syria is a horrible idea. They are not stable a d its going to cause a bunch of new problems. Mattis knows this, knows its going to lead to a US body count and doesn't want to be a part of it. [ Post made via Mobile Device ] http://v...

Practical Long Range Shooting Accessories?

Hey folks, I am looking for some advice on long range shooting accessories. I feel like long range shooting is a mix of science and art. Due to being so new and learning, I think I will need to rely on the science a bit more as I develop the art. However, I am a minimalist... meaning I want to carry...

I'm eyeing to a 338, but I'm waiting to see if I get approval to join Peacemaker, otherwise it's useless at 100 yards.

Heck yea! That is outstanding!

For what its worth, that is the very reason I asked you to verify my rifle for me a couple years ago. I figured if it was me, I would found out pretty quick once you got your hands on it!
