Re: Predictions Of Economic Disaster In 2015

Reverenddel wrote:Hey Kreutz, I'm hoping the dollar goes up, and that makes the price of gold/silver go DOWN!

I think you'll be happy, the dollar won't go up so much as the euro, yuan, and ruble down.

I don't do gold/silver but it's been going down slowly from it's peak...just very very slowly.

Re: Rick Santorum is running for president again

Santorum would have been a serious contender in the 1980's when the Moral Majority were doing their thing.

Nowadays he'd win the votes of the people who were going to vote against Hillary no matter what, and thats about it.

Re: Who needs a gun at The Red Lobster

Damn you gotta be real desperate to rob a Red Lobster. The staff was probably just happy to see someone walk through the door.

Re: Rolling Stone backs off from U.Va. rape story

IIRC one heavy lawsuit and Rolling Stone will be no more; they're hanging on by a thread financially.

Is VA like other states where road funds are routinely raided for other pet projects?

Re: What should be done about toy guns?

I'm just curious why the cops rolled right up on the person; wouldn't stopping away from the target be safer for everyone involved, and allow the use of the bullhorn to give a chance to disarm and get on the ground? I mean, it seems safer and easier in the long run to keep some distance from the fir...
