What can I shoot in the VA beach area, near Chesapeake, in August???
Will I be able to shoot deer, any way.... may even be on private land. Also how much would it cost?

I checked that already, but no game is open during Aug according to it. But I read somewhere else, on the same website, you can get permits all year round for $24 each as a measure of deer population control. I'm interested in knowing more on this, could anyone plz tell more?

The most they do for the "additional harvest" regs are extending the firearm season in certain counties into March. Still no deer hunting in August anywhere that I can see.

Can I shoot pigeons all round the year without any license?
What about shooting in your backyard? Or where else can one go to shoot them.
