So we had a big day. We stimulated the gun economy. Husband got his first gun. He loved mine so much he got one of his own. Glock 19 Gen 4 He is a southpaw so we got his mag release moved over to the other side. I got a Ruger Mark III Standard Rimfire pistol for plinking, and target practice. Wooot!!! Originally went to get a Ruger SR 22 had called the day before and asked if they had any, and was told that they had 3. Got in today and found they had just sold the last one 30 minutes to an hour before I got there. =( So I got another plinker to play with till they get another SR22 in. I am a lucky lucky girl. Enough talking, here is the porn. Got to have some great conversation and food tonight to at Okra's. They were a little packed but worth the wait.

Good choice on the Glocks! If you need any help with them, let me know. Congratulations on the arsenal!
I had a SCAR 17 and 16. I also had a bunch of Glocks and a couple H&K pistols. Oh and a DDM4, but I sold everything when our government told me these dangerous tools can actually hurt someone. Apparently they grow legs and go on killing sprees.

Oh man, I didn't know you could move the mag release on the Glocks. As a southpaw myself it's tricky when you use the range rentals fitted for a rightie. This makes me even more excited to get a Glock of my own!

Nice guns! Those little rugers are a blast. Hours of cheap shooting and you can do some crazy fast shooting since they have short triggers.

Only on the Gen 4 Glocks. Remember when you buy your magazines to by the double notched ones. (4th gen).

We got his Glock at BRA, and we got my new Ruger Virginia Arms. Yeah it seems I am a Glock girl. Also I think I am really going to like this Ruger.

VERY NICE
I invite everyone to come to the range with me. It's as simple as letting me know what day you want to meet up.

Thanks Allingeneral, and Chasbo00
Going to get one of those mag loaders, and yeah little worried about taking apart the ruger.
I am going to have a gun smith go through taking it down with me.

I took my Ruger Mk II apart to get the "easier to take apart" kit installed. I misread the directions, and the whole pistol fell apart. I ended up putting all of the parts in a ziplock bag and took it to my gunsmith to put back together. If you want some work done on it, take it to Hatfield's in Manassas. They work on the Ruger .22 pistols and can customize your Glocks.
