Well here's the latest:

Beaverton police say 24-year-old Chapek failed to show up for an arraignment Tuesday afternoon. They say he stole a loaner car from Kuni BMW then drove to a Chehalis Walmart. Detectives say while there, Chapek loaded up a cart full of unpaid items and they caught him as he tried to put them into the stolen BMW.
