Russia's Defense Ministry is in talks with a private company called Rusbal to develop a range of inflatable decoy armaments they could place in battlefields to deceive the enemy about positions and lure it into attacking cheap replicas with their million-dollar rockets.

Reminds me of WW2. Operation Fortitude was aimed at weakening the Germans’ Normandy defences by forcing them to prepare for possible landings in Norway and, more likely, the Pas de Calais. They inflated and built all kinds of tanks and landing craft to fool the German observation planes.
