If TSA folks had any intelligence, they'd be real police officers, not over-glorified rent-a-cops.

In other, but related TSA news, they strip searched a grandmother cutting her leg at JFK. She later had to be treated for the cut and get a tetanus shot. In a civilized society a person who treated another person like that without any probable cause would be fired at minimum, and would likely be charged with a crime. So, I went to work today, and brought this subject up with my (predominantly liberal) co-workers. The general consensus, of course, was "What a Crock", or words to that effect.
Except for one co-worker, who said "Well, you know, they can't be too careful. 17 year olds kill people, too."
