Why not join NRA now? Your CHP has nothing to do with it. Its supporting a good cause, like the ability to carry something when you get your CHP... ![]() No more catchy slogans for me...I am simply fed up...4...four...4...2+2...

Re: NRA Membership 1st year free
Membership is good for one year, or until you discover that the NRA is turning into the next AARP. Whichever comes first. “All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.” — Edmund Burke

Re: NRA Membership 1st year freeI hate to be a wet blanket, but the day the NRA announced their support for Tom Perriello for reelection as 5th District Congressman (thank God he was defeated) was the day I decided to never give so much as a penny to the NRA, ever.. They also like Harry Reid, though I'm not sure if they formally supported him. Perriello might have given lip service to gun rights, but he backed all the Obama/Pelosi/Reid crap 100%, like he was a damned puppet, even though the majority of the 5th CD was against it. He found out the hard way it doesn't pay to go against the wishes of the majority of your constituents.
