The whole thing is pretty typical, though. The man wants to take a useful tool, have it converted to a completely different useful tool, (which is silly; I doubt that you could get a full plow out of that rifle) then, he wants to give it away. This supports my theory that the average liberal can't stand to have anything that's useful in their presence.

Further, he wants to force this new tool upon a group of people who did not request it, do not need it, and certainly do not want it. This is just one more example of a liberal wasting time, finances, and resources on useless and meaningless endeavors.
