Recently, my wife and I made an offer on a 4 yr. old 1700 sq. ft. modular home on 7 acres in a rural setting. We got it! Now, I have a place to teach live fire classes without having to correlate with the schedule of user friendly land owners. There is one bedroom in the house that is large enough to accommodate a class of up to 6 students. Written tests done and out to the range 200 yds. from the front door. Sweet!!
Lord, please protect us today from having to use deadly force.

Oh, absolutely! But the house has a spare room that has carpet and controlled environment with a second full bath right next to it. Perfect for 2 to 6 students, which is all I'll be teaching at a time. There's a shed right next to the back of the house that fits your description. That will be for my tools and outdoor storage.

Looking around the property yesterday, I found an ideal area for a 25 yd. pistol / 50 yd. skeet / 100 yd. rifle range. Will have to drop some trees to clear, but will cut to 5 ft. sections and stack for bullet berm. Nearest house within 30 degrees of center line of fire is measured in miles.
I'm likin' this, guys.

Congratulations are definitely in order. Someday I hope to have something similar, not only on which to have a range, but also to hunt.
