If you've ever had the misfortune to deal with this jackwagon, then you'll be happy to know that karma does exist in the gun hobby marketplace. This story is from last month, but I just heard about it today. Enjoy.

Guy looks like a winner! But what was he arrested for other than being a jerk? O and his website site is just embarrassingly outdated.

He was arrested for not sending merchandise to customers that had already paid for it. The author of that article was rather vague on that, but if you read all 7 pages of the affidavit, there were at least 11 people who paid for conversion kits that never received them.

My original impression was that he was arrested for having the worst customer service in the world. The author could have done a better write up.

People have been filing complaints on Ceiner for years - probably decades. Local agencies did nothing, postal inspectors did nothing. Why move now? He stiffed a cop.

Not far from the truth. This is the guy who would only give order status updates if you sent in a mailed request and paid ten dollars (and then there was explicitly no guarantee you wouldn't get moved to the back of the line for having the impertinence to ask).

Ceiner is a world-class jackass.

I've got a couple of Ciener conversions, and I enjoy using them, but I've never bought one new just because of the customer service reputation Ciener "enjoys".
