Defiance: A must see!

Postby Quigley » Mon, 15 Mar 2010 20:53:01

For those of you who have not yet seen this film it is really a must see. It just goes to show what can happen when a Government rids the people of firearms and what a few armed citizens can do. The film shows the life of three brothers who escape from the Warsaw Ghetto and began to build up a resistance in the forest. It is a great movie to watch with friends who are anti-gun. I really think it is impossible to watch this movie with out leaving with a different perspective on life and the importance of TRTKBA.

Friends that are anti-gun?...... what does this mean?......

Seen this movie a couple of years ago. It was pretty good.

enjoyed the film, as it brought in human issues..it wasn't just a war movie...
it certainly made you think about the things we take for granted everyday...
Be particular, and be vigilant, as the enemy will only attack on two occasions:
When you're ready or when you're not ready.

Also never forget, that everyone who shows up, is not necessarily there to help.

I've not seen the movie yet, though this is a good reminder to put it on my netflix list.

However, the main character, Daniel Craig, is one of those celebrities that has spoken out against gun rights.

That does not surprise me being that he is from Great Britain and has therefore been indoctrinated by their way of thinking.

I would not let that ruin the movie for you however, it is still a really good film.

Oh, I won't. I plan to watch it and it does look good. I am sure that Mr. Craig is like most celebrities and has not thought his statements through.
