- classify anyone as a terrorist. For example the OWS people (you my not like what they're doing, but, it's a right)
- detain anyone for any period of time with charges or notifying anyone.

If you don't believe me, google it for yourself. So the local law enforcement paramilitary units pale in comparison to what this Bill has done.

And this flew under many people's radar.

Its my understanding Obama will veto it...not because he's a good guy looking out for us...but because instead of giving the government 100% power to do as it pleases it only gives them 90% of the power to do as it pleases. Which apparently isnt good enough to sign into law.

Its awesome only the vague specter of "terrorism" (you're probably more likely to be struck by lightning while being eaten by a shark than be victim of "duh turrists") is all it took to kneecap the Fourth Amendment.

We should take bets on which Amendment goes next....I'm on the fence on the third (would tie in nicely with killing the fourth) or the second, what do you guys think?
