Charlottesville members???

As my profile says, I'm planning to move from Ohio to the C'ville area to be close to my oldest daughter.
Is there someone here on these forums that can give me some guidance on where and how to find a rental that fits my needs and resources relatively close (10 miles) to C'ville?
