Don't know anything about government funds....we'd just like to diversify our instructors base. I truly wish that we could find an experienced female instructor, but its been difficult.

I'm guessing that female instructors would be popular with women who feel more comfortable learning from other women.

I've taken training from female instructors specifically to learn a different mindset and tactics. For example, things like thinking about breasts and how they might get in the way. Clothing, hips, and holsters. All that makes a difference!

I have taught a number of ladies' classes and have had no issues. We'd just like to bring a new viewpoint in.
