If you live out in the middle of nowhere, like Greg (gun shop owner bud), then the ATF will not be able to find where you are. In, how many years he has been doing business, over 3 that I know of, probably much longer, the ATF has never visited him.

I've had a C&R for about a year, no problems, probably have 25 transfers in the book.
