Just got it today... geees the city of Virginia Beach doesn't let any grass grow under it's feet. :)
I applied for it on the 11/15 and got it today 12/6 .. dang that's fast


P.S. sorry I just had to post ;) .. Ok, people, move along. There's nothing to see here...
