it's definitely not concealed. it's obvious there is no attempt to hide it from view (e.g. under a seat, stuffed in a compartment, etc)

Looks like it would be getting in the way! Doesn't look concealed to me. Either way if an officer pulls you over you can just tell him up front that you are carrying a handgun and where it is. That way there less of a chance it appears to the officer you were concealing it from him.
