So just out of curiosity. Since 20mm is over .5 inch, does that make it a "destructive device" according to the ATF? And make it a class 3 item?

Still a nice looking weapon.

20mm is .787 inches. Almost 79 caliber. On that same youtube site was a video on an even bigger caliber, although the rifle wasn't as big. The .950 caliber JDJ. The URL on that clip is:

I don't think it's a good idea to put that online. WHO KNOWS who's checking? I love big-caliber and longe-range rifles and 1911 pistols, and I've got a few.

Next Firearm:
I can always use another 1911.

It's a DD under the NFA, yes.

Website says they got an exception to DD status for the .950 JDJ. Brontosaurus hunting, they conjectured.
