Updated RSS links on the right menu

I updated the links in the RSS feed on the right so that if you click them, they should take you to the first post that you haven't read in that thread instead of taking you to the last post. I use those links extensively and it was getting annoying how it would take me to the last post and I had to scroll up to catch up.

Let me know if you have any problems with it.
